Susan Osborn

Susan Osborn is our Administrative Assistant with 7 years of experience working alongside Melissa Stevenson. She loves everything about houses and enjoys being involved in the industry. While growing up in St. Louis County, her mother, with a fascination of architecture, took the family to countless open houses which inspired her to design, build and decorate a dollhouse with 6 rooms at the age of 12.

When Susan is not busy with her part-time job as a Recreation Therapist in Behavioral Health, or picking up substitute teaching jobs, she loves to travel, weave, cook, play Pickle ball and attend Bible study. She is inspired daily by her husband and daughter. They live in a (circa 1850) farmhouse which they have renovated over the past 20 years. She loves helping the Team with organization and marketing tasks so they can focus on you, the client, to provide excellent customer service.

Kelsey Olson

I’m Kelsey Olson. By day, I’m a transaction coordinator, working in conjunction with Melissa to get your property to closing once it goes under contract. But, I’m also a mom of two littles who keep me busy, while sprinkling in two puppies who keep us just as busy! I’m looking forward to aiding in a smooth transaction!

As a first time homebuyer, i had a knowledge deficit coming into the buying process that was a little scary. Melissa totally took that fear away with her constant education and support about every step of the process. She answered every little question I had - and helped me come up with and answer questions I didn’t even know to ask. I was referred to Melissa by a family member, and I would refer her again to any of my family or friends in the area. I can’t give enough praise or say too many thank yous to Melissa!
