7 Must-Do’s on the Day You Show Your House

One question I often hear from my seller clients is “What do I need to do to sell my house”?  There are many things a seller can do to increase the chances of their house selling.  Having it show-ready is one of the most important.  I  provide a compilation of tips of from my own experiences to my clients but saw this and thought it had some good ideas too so wanted to share with you.  One important thing to remember is this:  the prospective buyer your house will be shown to has most likely never seen your house before so think back to when you saw the house for the first time and try to highlight the aspects that “sold” you on it.  For other selling tips, please feel free to contact me.  Hope this helps! ~Melissa
