New Things For The New Year

Hello,

I am officially back from maternity leave, working full-time again to help you with everything real estate!  Along with returning to work, I am trying some new things in this new year to provide more services to help buyers and sellers.

Although I have no experience behind the camera, I have started a You Tube Channel, Melissa’s Real Estate Minute, where I am posting a one minute video each week with real estate tips, ideas, thoughts in hopes to reach out in a different medium.  You can click on the You Tube icon at the top of this page to view.  I would love for you to Subscribe to my channel and welcome feedback.  Please keep in mind, this is a work in process.

I also invite you to “Like” my Facebook Business Page if you haven’t already.  I post a variety of real estate information here each week too.  You can click on the Facebook icon at the top of this page to take you there.

Lastly, we typically see a pick-up in the market here in the Spring but it seems to be occurring early this year.  The mild temperatures we are having is motivating buyers and sellers to get a jump start so if you are thinking of making a move, no need to wait-call me today to get started!
