I had heard that Melissa resided in my neighborhood, but went with another recommended realtor... Wish I had not done that.. When I connected with Melissa about taking over the sale if my house, I was nothing but totally satisfied. She really seemed to appreciate my 125 yr old home and immediately used all the tools of social media, etc., to give my home the exposure it needed and deserved!! Melissa help to make the whole process of selling and buying as stress free as possible!! She NEVER made me feel like I was inconveniencing her or annoyed with my phone calls.
