We found Melissa by chance when we were looking at houses on Zillow, she showed us our first house. From that day, more than a year and a half before finding the one, she was amazing. My husband and I phoned/texted her numerous times for showings, and she was always so accommodating. She was patient and helpful, and really listened to our wants/needs.
